Protec Fire Detection (Export) Ltds obligation under this Warranty relates to the original purchaser and is limited to the return of the purchase price or, at Protec Fire Detection (Export) Ltds sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the detector or any of its parts which, in our opinion and upon examination prove to be defective.
