PAGE PAGE III 摘 要 随着乌江公司装机规模的不断扩大，公司战略发展方向的调整，公司对管理 创新的要求不断提升，面对日益激烈的电力市场竞争 ,信息资源已成为乌江公司 赖以生存和发展的重要资源。但目前，在公司的信息化建设中所形成的各个“信 息孤岛”严重制约了公司快速适应电力市场新环境和在新环境下快速调整生产的 能力。因此，如何有效地进行生产信息整合已经成为乌江公司在自身发展过程所 迫切解决的问题。 本文首先针对乌江公司在生产、经营、管理中所面临的实际问题，以及在信 息化过程中所出现的缺乏规划、缺乏标准、系统异构、集成度低、数据共享困难、 等问题以及生产信息整合需求进行了充分分析。其次，在对乌江公司核心生产业 务流程和生产数据类详细分析的基础上，结合信息系统规划方法，提出了乌江公 司的生产信息整合模型与总体架构。同时，结合 SOA 架构体系理论与集成方法， 从数据层、平台层、应用层三个方面对设计进行了详细的阐述。最后，本文还对 乌江生产信息整合成功的关键因素以及所涉及的项目管理、组织保障、实施规划、 风险控制、人员培训等进行了阐述。 通过本文的研究，消除了公司存在的“信息孤岛”，实现了信息共享，加强 了公司现有各业务系统的交互，使公司的生产、经营、管理活动和业务流程更加 明晰，提高了公司的协同工作能力与公司的管理水平，为公司的生产、经营、管 理提供了科学的决策依据。 关键词：信息孤岛，业务流程，服务，SOA 架构体系，ESB 企业服务总线 分类号：F273.1 PAGE PAGE IV Summary With the enlargement of installation capacity and adjustment of strategic development orientation, Wujiang Co., Ltd has continuously upgraded the requirements in management innovation to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the electricity market. To this end, information resources are the important resources for the company to survive and develop. But at present, the information islands formed in the information construction seriously restrict the ability to fast adjust to the new environment in electricity market and to the production in the new environment. Therefore, how to make an effective integration of production information has been a problem to be solved urgently in the self-development course of the company. In the first part of the thesis, analysis are fully made for some practical problems in producing and managing, lack of planning and standards, system automation, low integration, difficulty in data sharing and demands of production information integration in Wujiang Co., Ltd. Secondly, by analyzing the procedure of the core business and the data of production, a production information integration model and the overall framework of Wujiang Co., Ltd are proposed in line with the methods of information system planning.
