PAGE 毕业设计 对讲设备固定支架的冲压模具设计 学 号： 姓 名： 专 业： 机械工程及其自动化 系 别： 机械与电气工程系 指导教师： 教授 二○一三年六月 PAGE iv 摘 要 本设计是对给定的模具产品图进行冲压模工艺分析和模具设计，在综合考虑了经济性、零件的冲压工艺性以及复杂程度和精确度等诸多因素的基础上进行冲压工艺分析与计算的，并提出了合理的工艺方案和结构形式，介绍了模具设计中的排样与送料方式和卸料与导向方式，讨论了主要工作件间隙的确定和刃口尺寸及冲压力的计算，并选择合适的压力机，设计中主要对模具工作部分尺寸进行计算和主要零部件的设计以及加工工艺的制定。 毕业设计这一教学环节是我独立承担实际任务的全面训练，通过独立完成毕业设计的全过程，培养了我的时间工作能力。另外，本次毕业设计还需要具备一定的计算机应用能力，如利用Microsoft word，同时具备必要的计算机绘图能力，如利用AUTOCAD 2007软件进行二维图、三维图的绘制。 此次毕业设计除了对知识和能力培养的收获感受外，还得到思想道德方面的锻炼。通过这次毕业设计，让我感受到了作为一名高级工程技术人员应该具备高度的责任感，树立实事求是的科学作风，并严责遵守规章制度 该模具提高了制件质量和生产效率，降低了模具成本，制件质量符合生产要求。 关键词：复合模 工艺分析 冲孔 落料 ABSTRACT This design is to the product chart which assigns carries on flushes the die mold design and mold design process analysis. In the overall evaluation efficiency, the components ramming technology capability as well as the complex degree and accuracy and so on in many factor foundations carried on the ramming craft analysis and the computation, a reasonable process was proposed.
