兰州伊利乳业有限责任公司仓储管理决策分析 摘要：物流是我国的经济动脉，是生产和消费、联系城市和乡村的纽带。仓储作为物流的一种功能要素，作为连接生产者和消费者的纽带对整个物流系统有很大的影响，高效合理的仓储可以帮助企业加快物资流动的速度，降低成本，保证生产的顺利进行并可以实现资源的有效利用。物流体系的迅速发展要求有完善的仓储作业水平为保障。而目前我国仓储业的发展还无法满足需要，与我国经济的发展规模、发展速度和社会需求相比，仍有不小的距离，仓储业发展明显的滞后，存在问题也较多。因此我国对仓储业的发展应该引起重视。 随着我国经济的快速发展，企业仓储问题也日益突显。仓储是企业存储和保管物料的重要场所,仓储管理是企业物流管理的核心工作。本文以兰州伊利乳业有限责任公司仓储管理体系作为研究对象，根据兰州伊利的现状据以分析，找出问题的所在。主要对仓储货区货位管理、仓储设施设备、仓储安全、仓储人员配备进行诊断分析，并运用自己所学到的知识提出合理的解决方案，使自己学习到的知识能够在本公司的具体实践中得以运用，为公司制定合理的仓储策略希望能够对企业有所帮助，同时也希望能够对同类企业仓储问题有所帮助和借鉴。 关键字：仓储；仓储管理；仓储管理分析 Abstract Logistics is the national economy arterial ,link being connection give birth to a child and consume ,contacting city and the country.keep one kind of function element being logistics in a storehouse,system has very big effect as the link linking the producer and the consumer to entire logistics,rational keeping in a storehouse of high-effect can help enterprise to accelerate mobile speed of goods and materials,cost reduction,ensure that smooth giving birth to a child is in progress ,and being able to realize resource’s is effective make use of .prompt logistics system desire for development has perfect warehousing and storage activities for level ensuring ,our country keeps development of job in a storehouse but at present having no way to satisfy need ,develop speed and social demand with our country economic growth scale ,being compared with each other ,still have no small distance ,keep a job in a storehouse development obvious lagging,have problem can’t compare many.
