中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I  PAGE 2 摘 要 中国的传统聚落是人类社会发展过程中重要的历史财富，体现着社会、文化 等多方面的历史价值，然而在近年来高速发展的城镇化历程中，它们面临着保护 与发展互相矛盾的困境。在当今新型城镇化的时代背景下，传统聚落发展要走出 困境，首先必须对其物质、文化等方面做出客观评判。本文即从文化视角切入， 通过海峡两岸传统聚落的文化景观评价体系的比对研究，对我国传统聚落评价体 系的完善与优化进行探讨。 对“传统聚落”、“文化景观”、“景观评价”等概念作出界定，分述国内 外相关研究成果与研究进展的同时，首先厘清了文化对于传统聚落形成与发展过 程中的作用与重要价值内涵，并深入分析了我国大陆地区传统聚落景观评价的相 关研究与法规、评价指标、评价方法及评价过程，对其评价观念、优势及存在问 题进行论述。其后，结合台湾鹿陶洋江家聚落的案例，对两岸传统聚落文化景观 评价体系与评价观念作出了详细比对，总结出海峡两岸文化景观评价体系差异的 社会客观因素，提出台湾地区文化景观评价方式对于大陆地区的借鉴性与局限性 并就其提出可操作性建议。 主要研究成果如下： ①对大陆地区与台湾地区传统聚落文化景观评价分别进行了详细的梳理与分 析，并总结出其评价体系中的评价观念，以及评价中的优势与存在的问题，结合 鹿陶洋江家聚落案例对台湾地区的评价进行了展示。 ②对海峡两岸地区文化视角下的传统聚落发展背景、景观评价体系及评价观 念进行了系统性地比对研究，并对两者产生差异性的因素在社会、历史、文化、 经济等方面作出了论述。 ③通过两岸评价体系比对与总结，提出了台湾地区的借鉴意义与局限性主要 有以下几个方面：借鉴意义主要是在评价观念、评价过程与评价方法上；局限性 主要表现在评价结果的准确性及评价过程的操作难度上。 关键词：两岸，传统聚落，文化景观，评价，比对  英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III  PAGE 4 ABSTRACT Chinas traditional settlement is important in the process of human social development history of wealth, reflecting the social and cultural aspects of historical value, but in the rapid development of urbanization process in recent years, they are faced with double predicament of protection and development.
