手提带自动输送机构设计与制作 PAGE 手提带自动输送机构设计与制作 ［摘要］ 随着限塑令的推出，无纺布袋将逐渐替代传统的塑料袋，无纺布袋市场呈现逐年扩大的趋势。目前，无纺布袋主要采用工人手工缝制的方式，本课题要求开发一种无纺布袋自动加工生产线，因此需要设计相应的无纺布袋手提带自动送料机构。本课题针对企业的实际产品开发进行研究，拟设计一款自动化程度高的无纺布袋手提带自动送料机构。 设计一种无纺布袋手提带自动送料机构，根据送料过程平顺，送料过程中能实现手提带送进、裁切、旋转与预定位等动作，布料自动纠偏，输送机构能根据客户需要适应不同料长尺寸手提带的送料。 最后设计出来的这款自动输送机构能完全替代手工制作，实现全自动化。 ［关键词］：手提袋；输送机构；无纺布袋；自动化 Portable with automatic transmission mechanism design and production [abstract] Along with the plastic limit to launch, non-woven bags will gradually replacing the traditional plastic bags, non-woven bag on the trend of the market grows year by year. The design of a laptop with automatic feed non-woven bag institutions, according to smooth feeding process, the machine can realize the process hand carried send into, cutting, rotating and scheduled a such action, the cloth automatic correction, transportation agencies can according to the customer need to adapt to different material long size portable take of the feeding. In the end the design of this out automatic conveyer agencies can completely replace made by hand, and realize the automation.
