PAGE PAGE 5 毕 业 论 文 作 者： 学 号： 学 院： 土 木 学 院 系(专业)： 土木工程系交通工程专业 题 目： 果酒厂地铁站及其区域配套设施规划研究 指导者： 评阅者： 2011 年 6 月 1 日 果酒厂地铁站及其区域配套设施规划研究 摘要： 相对于城市的整体TOD规划，具体到各站点地区时由于站点地区既作为城市轨道交通的节点,兼具城市公共空间的功能,因此其规划建设具有一定的特殊性和复杂性。作为交通节点，各条线路在站点的大量汇聚以及作为城市轨道交通和其他交通联系为宜途径公交站点地区为公共空间的塑造创造了条件。作为城市空间各种城市活动和城市设施在这里集中，因此站点地区的规划也相当复杂。 首先本文列举出了以世界四大城市为例的世界轨道交通发展状况，并在此基础上分析了我国轨道交通的发展现状和特点并指出了我国轨道交通目前存在的问题。其次对现有的轨道交通研究理论成果的基础上进行了分类整理为本文提供深厚的理论基础，接着对站点模型化发展理论的由来发展及其实际应用中的成功经验进行介绍。文中对于轨道站区发展模型对周边地区的影响以及站区发展模型确定后的规划理念和方法都进行了详细的描述。最后是以果酒厂站为例结合站点模式化发展理论对站区进发展模型进行确定并在此模型的基础上进行了详细的规划。 关键词： 轨道交通 TOD 站点模式化发展 Guo Jiuchang Metro Station and District facilities planning study Abstract TOD relative to the overall city planning, specific to the site area with both the site area as an urban rail transit node, both the functions of urban public space, so the planning and construction has a certain particularity and complexity.
