PAGE 7 PAGE I 哈尔滨剑桥学院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目：大众帕萨特自动变速器的结构控制原理与检修 学 生： 指导教师： 专 业： 高级轿车检测与维修 班 级： （1） 2015年5月  大众帕萨特自动变速器的结构控制原理与检修 摘 要 随着汽车技术的快速发展，自动变速器在汽车上的应用越来越广泛。自动变速器是汽车维修中难度最大的总成之一，同时也是学习难度最大的。人们对汽车各方面性能的要求越来越高，这便引导汽 车朝着电子化、智能化方向发展。 目前国内检修却相对落后，为改变这一现状， 促使汽修技术的发展，本文以典型的三类帕萨特型自动变速器进行分析，本文首 先介绍了自动变速器的发展历史以及分类， 进而详细论述了三类典型变速器的结 构和工作原理，最后重点阐述了自动变速器故障的诊断分析及排除方法，从而总结出这类变速器的基本原理和结构特点。 关键词：帕萨特；故障诊断分析；自动变速器  The structure of the Volkswagen Passat automatic transmission control principle and maintenance Abstract With the rapid development of automobile technology, the automatic transmission in the car used more widely. The automatic transmission is the difficulty in assembly of vehicle maintenance and repair is one of the largest, but also the most difficult to explore. People to the car is becoming more and more high, the requirements of all aspects of performance that will guide the car toward digital, intelligent direction. At present domestic maintenance technology is relatively backward, and to change the status quo, prompting the development of automobile technology, this paper takes a typical three kinds of passat type automatic transmission is analyzed, this paper first introduces the development history and classification of automatic transmission, and then discusses in detail the structure and working principle of three kinds of typical transmission, finally expounds the automatic gearbox fault diagnosis and elimination method. And summarize the basic principle and the structure characteristic of this kind of transmission.
