I I 摘要 在现代的物流仓储系统中，自动化立体仓库应用日益广泛。而堆垛机性能的优劣，对整个立体库的正常运行起着重要的作用。 本文主要内容通过对堆垛机作业流程的分析，提出了立体仓库电气控制系统的总体设计方案。利用工业控制计算机作为调度、管理、监控主机，利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为堆垛机的运动控制器件，根据系统需要进行了PLC模块、电机及电机驱动器的选型，并给出了系统供电原理图以及部分设备接线图。 本文详细阐述了本控制系统的设计思想，以及整个系统的硬件实现和软件设计。本文首先对自动化立体仓库系统做了系统的介绍。根据本设计的实际需求，堆垛机为立体仓库系统的主要作业机械，担负着出入库的重要任务。通过对堆垛机作业流程的分析，提出了自动化立体仓库系统的总体控制方案。本系统利用计算机作为监控主机，采用可编程逻辑控制器PLC作为堆垛机运行的控制器件。采用激光测距技术和变频调速技术相结合的方式实现对堆垛机运行的高精度的定位控制和速度控制。在软件设计方，本系统釆用模块化的程序设计方法，利用西门子公司的编程软件Step7编制PLC程序，使本系统实现货物出入库的自动和手动控制。对自动化立体仓库系统的PLC程序设计，进行模块化程序设计及I/O分配及模块建立提高执行效率。 关键词：堆垛机；PLC；电气控制 II II III III Abstract In the modern logistics warehousing system, automated stereoscopic warehouse application is becoming more and more widely. And the performance of stacker, for the normal operation of the entire three-dimensional library plays an important role. Main content in this paper, by analyzing the working flow of stacker, put forward the warehouses overall design scheme of electric control system. Using industrial control computer as the scheduling, management, monitoring the host, the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) as the movement of the stacker control device, according to the requirements of the system has carried on the PLC module, motor and drive selection, and gives the principle diagram of the system of power supply wiring diagram and some of the equipment. This paper expounds the design idea of this control system, and the implementation of the whole system hardware and software design. This article first made system for automatic stereo warehouse system is introduced. According to the actual needs of the design, stacker for stereo warehouse system main operating machinery, loading and unloading of shoulder the important task. Through analyzing the working flow of stacker, the paper puts forward the overall control scheme of the automatic stereo warehouse system.
