东北财经大学成人高等教育专科毕业论文 绿色贸易壁垒对我国出口的影响及对策 作 者 层 次 专 业 国际经济与贸易 年 级 2007 学 号 办学形式 办学地点 东北财经大学 指导教师 成 绩 摘 要 摘 要 摘 要 随着全球化时代的到来，绿色消费已经成为全球推行的一种普遍消费原则。我国加入WTO后，关税贸易壁垒的逐渐消除，导致国外新的贸易保护主义手段层出不穷。其中以保护人类健康为口号直接或间接的对贸易进行限制的一种手段——绿色贸易壁垒，作为国际贸易中新的技术壁垒的发展方向,日益成为众多发达国家争相采取的贸易措施，也已经成为影响我国对外贸易的一种新的贸易壁垒。它的出现，对我国的贸易限制越来越明显，严重的威胁着我国对外贸易的利益，对我国出口贸易有着巨大的影响，更是向我国的出口贸易提出了前所未有的挑战。本文在分析与探讨绿色贸易壁垒概念的基础上，对绿色贸易壁垒的表现形式和形成原因进行了概述，并联系我国对外出口遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的现状，进一步剖析了绿色贸易壁垒对我国对外出口多方面的影响，最后从我国外贸出口发展的实际情况出发，伴随可持续发展的宗旨，对我国出口行业应对绿色贸易壁垒提出了一系列可操作性的对策建议。 关键词：绿色贸易壁垒 出口贸易 影响 对策 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT PAGE PAGE 2 ABSTRACT With the arrival of an era of globalization, greener shopping has been a global pursued principle of universal consumption. After Chinas accession to the WTO, the gradual elimination of tariff trade barrier makes more and more new means of trade protectionism abroad. Among them, the slogan of protecting human health directly or indirectly restrict trade as a means - Green Trade Barrier, as international trade barriers to the development of new technological direction, becomes a trade measure which taken competitively by a large number of developed countries, but also has become a new trade barriers that affect Chinas foreign trade. Its appearance , making trade restrictions on China more and more obvious, threating to interests of Chinas foreign trade seriously , having a strong impact on China’s export trade, even bringing unprecedented challenge to Chinas export trade. In this paper, in the analysis and discussion based on the concept of green trade barriers, expressive form and forming reason of green trade barriers are summarized, then contact the green face of Chinas exports of trade barriers the status quo, further analysis of the green trade barriers on many of Chinas exports. finally, from the actual situation of Chinas exports development, with the objective of sustainable development, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions operable to how Chinas expor
