PAGE II PAGE III 造纸碱回收分布式控制系统设计—低压配电部分 摘 要 碱回收是现代造纸厂不可缺少的环节，蒸发过程是碱回收工序的第一步，蒸发工段将稀黑液蒸发、浓缩， 送至燃烧工段，蒸发过程的出效黑液浓度直接影响整个碱回收车间的稳定运行。因此稳定、高效的蒸发过程对于当今日益发展的造纸厂来说具有十分重要的意义。为了确保蒸发过程稳定、高效，通过对电动机起动的控制，从而对电网的冲击变小，也改变了电动机的起动特性，提高了蒸发工段系统的稳定性。本设计主要采用了直接起动控制、自耦减压起动和软启动。根据电动机功率的大小来选择不同的起动方法。并对碱回收车间采用DCS控制，实现了集中操作，分级管理，分而自治和综合协调功能，将纸厂生产的基础自动化、管理的基础自动化链接起来，形成生产和管理的网络化，实现科学化生产，提高经济效益。因此，实现碱回收车间 DCS系统网络化生产及管理智能化。提高碱回收车间自动化控制水平和整个工厂的自动化管理水平，降低工人的劳动强度，改善工人的工作条件，保证安全、稳定地生产。 关键词：碱回收，DCS控制系统，软启动 The Papermaking Alkali Recycles Of The Distributional Control System Design——The Low Voltage Power Distribution Partial ABSTRACT The alkali recycling is the modern paper mill essential link， the evaporation process is the alkali recycling working procedure first step， evaporates the construction section to evaporate， the concentration the thin black liquor， delivers to the burning construction section， the evaporation process the effect black liquor density direct influence entire alkali recycles the workshop the stable movement.
