PAGE PAGE 10 食管癌组织中 E-cadherin 和 MMP-13 蛋白的表达及意义 中文摘要 【目的】 检测 E-cadherin 和 MMP-13 在人食管癌组织中的表达状况，分析二者 的相关性及其与临床病理特征的关系，探讨它们在食管癌浸润转移过程中的作用 及可能的机制。 【方法】 采用免疫组织化学 Elivision 染色方法对 60 例食管癌病理组织及 30 例癌旁正常组织中的 E-cadherin 和 MMP-13 蛋白进行检测，比较食管癌组织与癌 旁正常组织间 E-cadherin 和 MMP-13 表达的差异，分析食管癌组织中 Ecadherin 和 MMP-13 表达与临床病理特征的关系及二者间的相互关系。统计学分析采用 SPSS13.0 统计软件包进行 ??2 检验，E-cadherin 和 MMP-13 在食管癌中的表达采 用 Spearman 法进行相关性分析，以 P0.05 为差异具有统计学意义。 【结果】 1 E-cadherin 阳性表达位于细胞膜，60 例食管癌组织中 E-cadherin 表 达的阳性率为 58.3%(35/60)，30 例癌旁正常食管组织中 E-cadherin 表达的阳性率 80.0%(24/30)，差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。MMP-13 阳性表达位于细胞浆，60 例食管癌组织中 MMP-13 表达的阳性率为 73.3%(44/60)，癌旁正常组织中未见表 达，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。 2 E-cadherin 蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化（ ??2 = 8.144 p=0.035）、TNM 分期（ ??2 = 8.132 p=0.039）及淋巴结转移（ ??2 =13.033 p=0.03）有关；MMP-13 的表达与肿瘤分化（ ??2 =8.479 p=0.032）与肿瘤 TNM 分期（ ??2 = 11.149 p=0.008）及淋巴结转移（ ??2 = 11,583 p=0.007）有关。 3 食管癌组织中 E-cadherin 和 MMP-13 的表达呈负相关（r=-0.357 , P=0.005） 【结论】 1 E-cadherin 在食管癌组织阳性表达低于癌旁正常组织，MMP13 在 食管癌组织阳性表达高于癌旁正常组织，提示 Ecadherin 和 MMP-13 可能参与了 食管癌的发生与发展。 2 E-cadherin 与 MMP-13 的表达均与食管癌的分化程度、TNM 分期及 淋巴结转移有关。E-cadherin 和 MMP13 与食管癌临床病理学特征的研 究提示二者对食管癌的发生与发展有重要影响。 3 E-cadherin 与 MMP-13 的表达呈负相关，提示它们之间可能存在某种协 同机制，而此机制作用使 E-cadherin 的表达下调，MMP-13 表达上调， 协同参与了食管癌的发展与预后。联合检测食管癌组织中 E-cadherin 和 MMP-13 蛋白的表达有助于恶性程度和侵袭能力的判断。 【关键词】 食管癌；E-钙粘素；基质金属蛋白酶-13 The Expression and significance of E-cadherin and MMP-13 in Esophageal carcinoma Abstract Objective: To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin and MMP-13 protein in human esophageal carcinoma and analyze the relationship between them and tumor clinicopathological features as well as the role of E-cadherin and MMP-13 in the metastasis and invasion.
