2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管病变超声诊断分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管病变的超声诊断分析。方法 择取该院于2013年11月―2015年11月期间诊治的90例2型糖尿病患者为实验组，同时选取同期的90例非糖尿病健康人员为参照组，利用多普勒超声诊断仪进行检查，同时对比两组患者的检测结果。结果 通过实验数据对比可以发现，实验组患者的股前动脉、胫后动脉及足背动脉血流速度明显优于参照组，组间比较满足，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。病程大于25年的患者，他们所有下肢血管管径低于参照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对2型糖尿病患者施以早期的超声诊断是非常有必要的，能够及时有效的了解患者下肢动脉血管病变情况，继而采取相对有效的治疗方案，提升患者治疗效果，防止患者出现并发症等情况。 　　[关键词] 2型糖尿病患者；下肢动脉血管病变；超声诊断分析 　　[中图分类号] R587 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）06（b）-0115-02 　　Ultrasound Diagnosis of Lower Extremity Arterial Disease in Patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus 　　LI Dan-dan 　　Mishan Peoples Hospital， Heilongjiang Province， Mishan， Heilongjiang province，158300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the ultrasonic diagnosis of lower extremity arterial disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Chooses my courtyard in november november 2013 to 2015 during the diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases of type 2 diabetic patients as the experimental group， and select the same of 90 cases of non diabetes health personnel for the reference group， using the Doppler ultrasound examination， also compared two groups of patients with test results. Results By comparing the experimental data can be found， patients in the experimental group anterior femoral artery， posterior tibial artery and dorsal pedal artery blood flow velocity was obviously better than that of the reference group， comparison between groups meet P 0.05， the difference is statistically significant. Patients with disease course of more than 25 years， all of them had lower blood vessel diameter than the reference group， there was significant difference between the two groups， P0.05， there was statistical significance. Conclusion In patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus impose the ultrasonic diagnosis of early is very necessary， can timely and effectively understand the patients with lower extremity arterial disease situation， then take relatively effective treatment， improve treatment outcomes， patients
