3C―反应蛋白联合降钙素原在亚临床感染胎膜早破孕妇中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究3C-反??蛋白（3CRP）联合降钙素原（PCT）在亚临床感染胎膜早破孕妇中的应用价值。方法：选取本院2015年10月-2016年11月收治的34例行剖宫产分娩的足月胎膜早破孕妇作为试验组，选取本院同期收治的34例行剖宫产分娩的正常足月孕妇作为对照组。采集两组空腹静脉血3 mL并检测，散射比浊法对两组3CRP水平进行检测，免疫色谱检测法对两组PCT水平进行检测，同时在胎盘娩出后，采集两组的胎膜组织做病理组织学检查。结果：试验组检出绒毛膜羊膜炎共计25例，发病率为73.53%，对照组检出绒毛膜羊膜炎共计9例，发病率为26.47%，试验组发病率明显高于对照组（P0.05）；试验组血清3CRP水平为（4.58±1.73）mg/L、PCT水平为（59.79±18.80）pg/mL，均明显高于对照组的（3.16±1.05）mg/L、（38.64±16.12）pg/mL（P0.05）；PCT在绒毛膜羊膜炎中诊断的灵感度为79.41%，特异度为70.59%，均分别高于3CRP的55.88%、44.12%（P0.05）。结论：亚临床感染是胎膜早破的的一项重要影响因子，3CRP联合PCT检测在亚临床感染胎膜早破诊断中具有较高的准确性，可作为临床检测绒毛膜羊膜炎的重要指标。 　　【关键词】 胎膜早破； 绒毛膜羊膜炎； 3C-反应蛋白； 降钙素原； 诊断价值 　　Application of 3C-reactive Protein Combined with Procalcitonin in Pregnant Women with Subclinical Infection of Premature Rupture of Membranes/LIN Yan-zhen，GUAN Zhen-mei.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（11）：086-089 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical value of 3C-reactive protein（3CRP） combined with procalcitonin（PCT） in the treatment of subclinical infection of premature rupture of membranes.Method：From October 2015 to November 2016，34 cases of cesarean delivery term premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were selected as the experimental group，34 normal full-term pregnant women of cesarean delivery as the control group.Fasting venous blood 3 mL of two groups were collected and detected.3CRP levels of the two groups were detected by nephelometry，PCT levels of two groups were detected by using immunochromatographic assay.After delivery of the placenta，fetal tissue of two groups were collected for histopathological examination.Result：The experimental group detected 25 chorioamnionitis cases，incidence rate was 73.53%，the control group detected 9 chorioamnionitis cases，incidence rate was 26.47%，incidence rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Serum 3CRP of the experimental group was （4.58±1.73）mg/L，PCT was （59.79±18.80）pg/mL，were significantly higher than （3.16±1.05）mg/L and （38.64±16.12
