Colles骨折手法复位后肢体肿胀护理干预研究 　　【摘要】 目的：观察规范化护理干预对Colles骨折肢体肿胀的临床疗效。方法：将90例Colles骨折患者，采用单盲设计，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组45例，所有患者均进行基础治疗，观察组进行规范化干预护理，对照组采用一般护理。结果：伤后3、7 d观察组腕关节肿胀程度及VAS评分均低于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组护理满意度优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：规范化干预护理方案对缓解Colles骨折后肢体肿胀有较好的临床疗效，能够提高患者的护理满意度。 　　【关键词】 Colles骨折； 护理； 肿胀 　　Intervention Study of Nursing for Limb Swelling after Colles Fracture Manual Reduction/LU Qun.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（22）：080-084 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of standardized nursing intervention on Colles fracture limb swelling.Method：A total of 90 patients with Colles fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group，used the single blind design，45 cases in each group.All patients on the basis of treatment，the observation group was given standardized intervention nursing，the control group was adopted the general nursing.Result：After injury for 3 and 7 days， wrist joint swelling degree and the VAS score of observation group were lower than control group，the differences had statistically significant（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing standardized solutions to alleviate limb swelling after Colles fracture has better clinical curative effect，can improve the patients’ nursing satisfaction. 　　【Key words】 Colles fracture； The nurse； Swelling 　　First-author’s address：Guangxi Frontier Armed Police Corps Hospital，Nanning 530022，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.22.022 　　桡骨远端骨折是骨科急诊常见疾病，约占17%，而Colles骨折在桡骨远端骨折中是最常见的类型，其损伤机制主要为跌倒时手掌撑地，前臂旋前，骨折远端向桡侧及背侧移位，腕及手成“餐叉样”畸形[1]。在内固定手术尚未成熟之前，大部分Colles骨折都是采用闭合复位、小夹板固定处理，但是骨折早期都会引起腕关节严重的肿胀，若骨折处出血量较多形成瘀斑甚至形成张力性水泡，给固定带来麻烦，甚至有些因肿胀影响动脉血的灌注，造成肌肉的缺血、缺氧，严重者导致肌肉坏死及缺血性肌挛缩[2]。故对Colles骨折手法复位固定后肢体肿胀的护理干预的研究是非常有必要的，本院于2014年8月-2015年8月对Colles骨折手法复位、小夹板固定后肢体肿胀患者进行规范化干预护理，取得一定临床效果，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 90例Colles骨折患者均为2014年8月-2015年8月在本院住院治疗的患者，
