CA199CA242及CA724在消化系恶性肿瘤患者血清中表达及意义 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨糖类抗原199（CA199）、糖类抗原242（CA242）、糖类抗原724（CA724）检测在消化系恶性肿瘤患者诊断中的临床意义。方法 随机选取肿瘤科择期行手术治疗的80例消化系恶性肿瘤患者作为肿瘤组， 选取同期消化内科收治的35例消化道炎症患者作为炎症组， 另选取体检中心的健康体检者38例作为对照组。采用血液检查检测三组血CA199、CA242、CA724的表达水平， 并进行比较， 分析肿瘤标志物联合检查的诊断价值。结果 炎症组和对照组血CA199、CA242、CA724的表达水平比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；肿瘤组血CA199、CA242、CA724的表达水平均高于炎症组和对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；肿瘤组术后血CA199、CA242、CA724的表达水平分别为（29.17±4.28）、（20.42±2.31）、（10.25±1.36）U/ml， 均低于术前的（97.28±21.75）、（73.24±17.55）、（24.31±7.89）U/ml， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。其中血CA199改善最显著。ROC曲线分析?@示， 三种肿瘤标志物单独检测与联合检测均可有效诊断消化系恶性肿瘤， 但肿瘤标志物联合检查的诊断率最高， 显著高于肿瘤标志物的单独检测（P0.01）。结论 血CA199、CA242、CA724在消化系恶性肿瘤中呈显著的高表达， 联合检测对消化系恶性肿瘤的占位具有较高的诊断率， 可作为消化系恶性肿瘤的早期诊断指标。 　　【关键词】 糖类抗原199；糖类抗原242；糖类抗原724；消化系恶性肿瘤；诊断 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.32.006 　　Expression and significance of CA199， CA242 and CA724 in serum of patients with digestive malignant tumor JIA Ming-li， WANG Ying， SHI Li-ling. Methods There were 80 digestive system malignant tumor patients with selective surgery in tumor department as tumor group， concurrent 35 gastrointestinal inflammation patients in gastroenterology department as inflammation group， and 38 physical examination people in medical examination center as control group. The levels of CA199， CA242 and CA724 in the three groups were detected and compared by blood test， and the diagnostic value of combined detection of tumor markers was analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant difference in expression level of CA199， CA242 and CA724 in inflammation group and control group （P0.05）. The tumor group had higher expression level of CA199， CA242 and CA724 than inflammation group and control group， and the d
