CA125CA153与CA199联合检测对子宫内膜癌诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨CA125、CA153与CA199联合检测对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值。 方法 选取2010年2月～2013年8月于本院就诊和治疗的子宫内膜癌患者35例作为观察组，选取同期在本院体检中心行体检合格的35例健康女性作为对照组，比较和分析两组单项肿瘤标志物水平、单项肿瘤标志物检测的阳性率及多项肿瘤标志物联合检测的阳性率。 结果 观察组的CA125、CA153和CA199水平明显高于对照组（P0.05），观察组的CA125+CA153+CA199联合检测阳性率明显高于单项和两项肿瘤标志物联合检测的阳性率，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组的肿瘤标志物单项与多项联合检测的阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 CA125、CA153与CA199联合检测子宫内膜癌的诊断准确率高于单项和两项肿瘤标志物联合检测，值得在临床中推广应用。 　　[关键词] 子宫内膜癌；肿瘤标志物；联合检测 　　[中图分类号] R711.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）04（a）-0105-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CA125，CA153 and CA199 combined detection in endometrial cancer. Methods 35 cases of patients with endometrial cancer in our hospital from February 2010 to August 2013 were selected as the observation group，35 cases of qualified health women in the medical examination center over the same period were selected as the control group.Single tumor marker level，the positive rate of single tumor marker detection and the positive rate of multiple tumor markers combined detection in the two groups were compared and analysed respectively. Results The level of CA125，CA153 and CA199 in the observation group were all significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.The positive rate of CA125+CA153+CA199 combined detection was significantly higher than the positive rate of single and two detection respectively in the observation group，the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.The positive rate of combined detection of tumor markers in single and multiple was compared in two groups respectively，there was a statistical difference（P0.05）.
