学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 近年来热风枪已经广泛的应用在许多领域。热风枪的温度控制部分主要有两种控制方案。第一种方案是用运放控制可控硅的导通角的大小来调节温度。第二种方案是过零触发控制。目前国内热风枪的温度控制部分大多采用第一种控制方案，而国外的热风枪温度控制部分则普遍采用第二种方案。然而第一种方案中用运放改变可控硅的导通角来控制温度有电磁辐射太大、对电网污染严重等诸多缺点。 本课题就是为了克服上述缺点，并且考虑到当前市场的需求而提出的。该课题设计的热风枪控制器是采用LPC901单片机实现过零触发控制的。在设计硬件电路中，本着用最少元件实现相同功能的原则来设计电路。在本设计中总共只用了十几个元件就实现了所有功能。 本论文主要介绍了低成本又满足电磁兼容性的热风抢控制器的设计和及相关的硬件和软件开发的过程。 关键词：热风枪；LPC901；温度控制 Abstract In recent years hot air gun already widespread application in many field. The temperature control of hot air gun partial mainly has two kind of controls plans. The first kind of plan is use operational amplifier control the passes angle of thyratron to change the temperature. The second kind of plan is crosses zero to trigger control. At present the domestic hot air gun temperature control partial mostly uses the first kind of control plan, but overseas generally uses the second kind of plan. However in the first kind of plan with operational amplifier control the passes angle of thyratron to change the temperature have the shortcoming of bigger electromagnetic radiation and serious pollution to the electrical network. The bring forward of this topic is for overcome the above shortcoming, and considered the demand of the current market.In this topic the design of hot air gun controller is uses the LPC901 monolithicintegrated circuit to carry out the crosses zero to trigger control. In the design of hardware, in line with the principle of uses the least parts realization same function to design the electriccircuit.In this design only used several parts to realize all functions. This paper mainly introduced the design of hot air gun with low cost and satisfies the electromagnetic compatibility and introduces the design of software and hardware.
