PAGE 164 PAGE I 摘 要 毕业设计是根据荣成市XX9号楼住宅小区工程的招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书 工程总面积 10252m2。 建筑层数 十一层 建筑高度 54.43m。建筑结构形式为框架结构，设计使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为6度。 防火设计的耐火等级为二级。 设计包括：商务标、技术标和结论。商务标包括编织的依据、范围、工程量计算过程及说明、工程造价的确定和工料分析；工程量计算规则按照《山东省建筑工程定额应用》中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单套价，采用以人工费为计算基础的计价程序。技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。 关键词：标书；商务标；技术标；工程量；施工方案 Abstract The graduation project is a tender which west the basis the rosy cloud mouth 9th building tender document tender notice, the condition of contract, the technology standard, the blueprint and other related documents establish.
