乳腺肿瘤患者采用彩色多普勒超声和超声引导下穿刺活检术的价值分析 　　[摘要]目的 研究乳腺肿瘤患者采用彩色多普勒超声和超声引导下穿刺活检术的价值。方法 选取2015年1月～2017年5月我院收治的70例乳腺肿瘤患者的临床资料，按术后病理结果将患者分为乳腺良性肿瘤组和乳腺癌组。对比两组患者彩色多普勒超声检查结果和超声引导下穿刺活检结果及术后病理结果。结果 乳腺良性肿瘤组患者二维超声图像与乳腺癌组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者彩色多普勒血流参数、血流速度、血流阻力指数比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；超声引导下穿刺活检结果对乳腺癌的诊断准确率为98.39%（61/62）；穿刺后均无严重并发症出现。结论 采用彩色多普勒超声和超声引导下穿刺活检术诊断乳腺肿瘤与术后病理诊断准确率一致性高，可推广于临床。 　　[关键词]乳腺肿瘤；彩色多普勒超声；穿刺活检 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0062-03 　　Value analysis of color doppler ultrasound and ultrasound guided biopsy in breast cancer patients 　　TIAN Ai-hong XU Jia-liang CHEN Shu-rong YANG Ya-li DENG Jing-xian LIU Jin 　　Department of Functional，Qiaotou Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523520，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the value of color doppler ultrasound and ultrasound guided biopsy in breast cancer patients.Methods From January 2015 to May 2017，the clinical data of 70 patients with breast tumor in our hospital were selected and divided into benign breast tumor group and breast cancer group according to postoperative pathological findings.The results of color doppler ultrasound examination and ultrasound guided biopsy，and postoperative pathological results were compared between the two groups.Results There was a statistical difference in two-dimensional ultrasound images between the benign breast tumor group and breast cancer group （P0.05）.The blood flow parameters，blood flow velocity and blood flow resistance index by color doppler were displayed statistical significance between the two groups （P0.05）.The diagnostic accurate rate based on the results from ultrasound guided puncture biopsy on breast cancer was 98.39% （61/62）.No severe complications occurred after puncture.Conclusion Application of color doppler ultrasound and ultrasound-guided biopsy for the diagnosis of breast tumors are highly consistent with that by postoperative pathological diagnosis，which can be promoted in clinical practice. 　　[Key words]Breast tumor
