SMES are flexible, and they have a very strong adaptability to the market changes. What is more, SMES can get more gains with less investment in a short-term. However, financing difficulties have restrictions on the SMES. This thesis，firstly, introduces the characteristics and current situation of the SMES’ current financing in the first chapters. Then, the following chapter discusses the difficulties and problems, lack of reasonable forecast and plans before financing, high financing costs, confined financing channel and improper financing structure. The third chapter discusses the causes from the enterprises themselves and their economy environment, such as the low comprehensive quality of SMES, and the imperfect capital market.
