江苏科技大学本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 17 耐水性脲醛树脂胶粘剂的研究 系 名：材料系 专 业：金属材料工程 班 级： 学 号： 姓 名：张剑 指导教师：郭文录 材料科学与工程学院 2007年06月 摘 要 概述了国内外脲醛树脂胶的发展现状和前景，着重研究了反应原理，根据技术要求，进行了研制工艺的选择，实验方案的确定。以及将加入不同改性剂（包括加入量和加入时间）和改变甲醛与尿素的物质的量的比所制得脲醛树脂进行对比，以评定它们对树脂的耐水性能和游离甲醛的含量的影响。通过浸泡水中的时间来评定耐水性能，采用加入亚硫酸钠，利用玫红酸滴定的方法测试树脂中游离甲醛含量，通过测黏度来测树脂的稳定性。详述了反应终点的控制方法，不同反应阶段的反应时间长短，反应温度的限度，pH值的范围及碱——酸——碱地反应路线。在保证黏度的情况下，使得游离甲醛的含量低于2%。最终选定了耐水性脲醛树脂胶粘剂的最佳配方，获得了综合性能最佳的脲醛胶，该胶具有很好的发展前景。 关键词：脲醛树脂;耐水性;游离甲醛含量;反应终点;性能;检测 Abstract It have summarized urea formaldehyde resin its actuality of development and the foreground, have introduced reaction mechanism emphatically , ask according to technology , develop the option of technology, test scheme determine.
