二甲双胍在2型糖尿病患者中的应用评价 　　【摘要】 目的 研究二甲双胍用于2型糖尿病患者治疗中的效果。方法 200例2型糖尿病患者， 根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组， 各100例。对照组患者采用格列齐特治疗， 观察组患者给予格列齐特联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者的血脂、血糖、胰岛素等指标水平。结果 治疗8周后， 观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平低于对照组， 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者空腹胰岛素为（9.2±1.5）mU/L、 　　餐后2 h胰岛素为（21.8±2.6）mU/L、稳态胰岛素指数为（4.3±0.6）， 均低于对照组的（11.4±1.8）mU/L、（27.5±3.1）mU/L、（8.5±1.2）， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 二甲双胍用于2型糖尿病患者中有助于平稳患者的血糖水平， 调节血脂水平和胰岛素情况， 提高患者的生活质量， 值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 二甲双胍；2型糖尿病；格列齐特；血脂；血糖；胰岛素 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.34.004 　　Evaluation of metformin applied in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients SONG Xiang-sui， LIN Jian.
