乳娥化脓方汤剂辅助西医基础治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果评价 　　[摘要]目的 探讨乳娥化脓方汤剂辅助西医基础治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法 选择2016年8月～2017年8月在我院治疗的60例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组30例。对照组予以西医基础治疗，研究组予以西医基础联合乳娥化脓方汤剂治疗。比较两组患者干预前后的主次要临床症状改变情况及临床疗效。结果 研究组患者的主、次要症状改善程度显著优于对照组（P0.05）。研究组患者的主、次要症状总积分显著低于对照组（P0.05）。研究组患者的总有效率（93.33%）显著高于对照组（73.33%）（P0.05）。结论 乳娥化脓方汤剂辅助西医基础治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎可显著改善患者的主、次要临床症状，疗效确切，具有一定的安全性，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]急性化脓性扁桃体炎；乳娥化脓方；临床症状；中西医结合 　　[中图分类号] R766.18 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（b）-0153-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Rue Huanong Decoction auxiliarily western medicine basic treatment treating acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods 60 patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to the random number table method，and there were 30 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine basis treatment，while the study group was given western medicine basis treatment combined with Rue Huanong Decoction.The changes of clinical primary and secondary symptoms before and after intervention and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of the primary and secondary symptoms in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group （P0.05）.The total score of primary and secondary symptoms in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group （93.33%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （73.33%） （P0.05）.Conclusion Rue Huanong Decoction auxiliarily western medicine basic treatment treating acute suppurative tonsillitis can significantly improve the primary and secondary clinical symptoms of patients，with the exact curative effect and a certain safety，it is worthy of promotion and application. 　　[Key words]Acute suppurative tonsillitis；Rue Huanong Decoction；Clinical symptom；Combination of TCM and western
