人性化护理联合健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者临床指标及生活质量的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探究与分析人性化护理联合健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者临床指标及生活质量的影响。 方法 选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院2015年1月～2017年1月收治的90例冠心病心绞痛患者，采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各45例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予人性化护理联合健康教育，对比两组临床指标变化及生活质量。 结果 与护理前相比，两组护理后心率、血压、心率×血压均降低、心绞痛发作次数减少，观察组上述指标改善更加显著，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。与护理前相比，两组护理后躯体功能、角色功能、认知功能、情绪功能及社会功能评分均升高，观察组上述指标改善更加显著，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 对冠心病心绞痛患者实施人性化护理联合健康教育能够辅助改善临床症状，促进提高生活质量。 　　[关键词] 冠心病心绞痛；人性化护理；健康教育；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）09（b）-0149-04 　　The effect of the education on clinical indicators and the quality of life in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease 　　LIAN Ailing CHEN Ye SUN Kuan 　　Outpatient Center Operating Room， the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University， Heilongjiang Province， Harbin 150001， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the effects of human nursing combined with health education on clinical indicators and quality of life in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
