毕业设计说明书（论文）中文摘要 信息化管理是各个高等院校建设的重要组成部分，其建设水平是高校整体办学水平、学校形象和地位的重要标志。而信息的获取、处理、交流和决策都需要高质量的计算机软件来完成。科研管理是各大专院校内部管理的核心部分之一，也是高校面临的一项重要任务。本系统本着提高高校的科研管理信息化水平，同时为领导的决策提供科学的依据为目的，基于B/S结构模式，采用ASP(Active Server Pages)网页开发技术，以SQL Server2000作后台数据库管理，使用Dreamweaver进行编辑。系统按南京工程学院科技工作量化暂行办法开发，其主要特点是实现了对科研人员的科技工作的量化，由多人完成的项目或论文著作按权重系数分割到人，不同类别的科技工作折算成分值后，相加合并。 关键词 信息化管理 科研管理 量化 权重系数 PAGE 毕业设计说明书（论文）外文摘要 Title Management System Of College Scientific Research Abstract The management by executing information is an important part to the building of colleges. Its level is an important mark of running the whole school, and at the same time, it is also the visualization and position of colleges. It is necessary to use high quality software to require and deal with information 、communicate and make decisions。The management of scientific research is a hard core of the interior management of colleges, it is also an important task that they face with. In the light of improving the level in the management by executing information about the scientific research of college, and providing the references for the director, the system is based on Browser/Server structure, adopting the technology of developing Webs—Active Server Pages, taking SQL Server2000 as database management, and using Dreamweaver for editing. The development of whole system is according to the temporary method of workload of science and technology of NJIT, the main specialty is executing the accounting of workload to each personnel. The program , paper or monograph finished by several persons will distribute the score to each person who attends it by the modulus. The inhomogeneity scientific work will convert into scores, then add up with each other to incorporation.
