大埔县已婚育龄夫妇不孕症调查分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.1.85 　　摘 要 目的：了解大埔县已婚育龄夫妇不孕不育的患病率，查找不孕患者的影响因素，为指导已婚育龄夫妇自我保健和患者正确治疗提供科学依据。方法：据WHO不孕标准，以全县15个镇场范围内全部在家已婚且49周岁夫妇为调查对象（未办理结婚手续而正常同居者视为已婚）。通过对在全县已婚育龄妇女妇科普查普治中发现的不孕不育夫妇进行面对面现场问卷调查，并填写相关调查表，收集全部资料，汇总分析等。结果：全县农村已婚育龄妇女112 813人，共调查不孕不育夫妇253对，资料收集完整213对（84.19%），不孕症患病率1.67%，原发不孕22.54%，继发不孕77.46%；女方因素56.1%，男方因素26.9%，双方因素15.8%，双方原因不明1.2%；男方就诊率5.41%，女方就诊率20.79%，男女双方共同就诊率3.9%。结论：患者年龄、患病年限、就诊率以及经济状况等，对育龄夫妇不孕症患病率有一定的影响。应加强宣传，早期诊断，早期积极治疗，是提高治愈率的关键。 　　关键词 不孕不育 患病率 影响因素 　　Abstract Objective：To realize the prevalence rate of married childbearing couples with infertility in Dapu County，to find the influence factors of infertility patients，to provide a scientific basis for self health care of married childbearing couples and the correct treatment of patients.Methods：According to the WHO infertility standard，all in the family and married couples under the age of 49 were investigated in 15 towns county field，and not for marriage and living together as a married.The infertile couples were found in whole county married women of childbearing age gynecology census，conduct face-to-face questionnaire，and fill in the questionnaire，collect all the information，summary analysis.Results：The whole county married childbearing women 112813，investigated a total of 253 of infertile couples，data collection complete 213 pairs（84.19%），infertility rate 1.67%，primary infertility 22.54%，secondary infertility 77.46%.The woman factors 56.1%，the man factors 26.9%，both sides factors 15.8%，the two sides for unknown reasons 1.2%.The man visitation rate 5.41%，the women visitation rate 20.79%，both the man and woman visitation rate 3.9%.Conclusion：Patients age，fixed number of year，visitation rate and financial situation have certain influence on the morbidity of the child-bearing couples infertility，should strengthen the propaganda，early diagnosis，early aggressive treatment，are the key to improve the cure rate. 　　Key words Infertility；Morbidity；Influence factor
