PAGE 摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为国投大同能源有限责任公司塔山煤矿2.40Mt/a新井设计。国投大同塔山煤矿位于山西省大同市管辖的南郊区境内，交通便利。井田走向（东西）长约3.51km，倾向（南北）长约3.45km，总面积为9.54km2。主采煤层为2＃、5＃煤，煤层平均倾角（除东部露头处急倾斜外）为2，平均总厚度为18.05m。井田地质条件较为简单。 井田工业储量为24572.0万t，可采储量为15981.74万t。矿井设计生产能力为2.40Mt/a。矿井服务年限为51.2a，涌水量不大，矿井正常涌水量为610m3/d，最大涌水量为1620m3/d。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为2.56 m3/t，绝对涌出量为0.52m3/min，为低瓦斯矿井。 井田开拓方式为立井单水平开拓。一矿一面，采煤方法为综合机械化倾斜分层放顶煤开采。全矿采用胶带运输机运煤，采用无轨胶轮车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为中央并列式通风。矿井年工作日为330d，工作制度为“三八制” 。 一般部分共包括10章：1、矿区概述与地质特征；2、井田境界和储量；3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4、井田开拓；5、准备方式——带区巷道布置；6、采煤方法； 7、井下运输；8、矿井提升；9、矿井通风与安全；10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。 专题部分题目为：提高煤炭资源采出率的技术与实践。 翻译部分题目为：The developing trend of fully mechanized mining and caving technology and the rational supports。 关键词：立井；单水平；带区；中央并列式通风；放顶煤 ABSTRACT This design includes three parts: the general part, the special subject part and the translation part. The general part is a new design of 2.40Mt/a for SDIC Datong Energy Co., Ltd. Tashan mine. Tashan mine is located in Nanjiao which comes within the jurisdiction of Datong in Shanxi province. It is very convenient to get to the mine in terms of both highway and railway. The length of the coalfield is 3.51km,the width is about 3.45km，and the total area is 9.54km2.The second and the fifth are the main coal seams, and its dip angle is 2 degree,except the eastern outcrops in steep. The thickness of the mine is about 18.05m in all. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple. The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 245.72 million tons,and the minable reserves are 159.82 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 2.40 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 51.2 years. The inflow is little.The normal inflow of the mine is 610m3 per day and the max inflow of the mine is 1620 m3 per day. The relative mine gas gush is 2.56 m3/t and the absolute gush is 0.52 m3/min, so it is a low gas mine. The development of the mine is single level with vertical shaft. The number of the working faces is only one.
