体外反搏治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的 疗效分析 　　 　　 　　【摘要】#8195;目的#8195;观察并分析使用体外反搏(EECP)治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效。方法#8195;UAP患者78例, 随机分为实验组与对照组, 对照组实施药物治疗, 实验组在此基础上加用体外反搏治疗, 对比观察两组患者临床效果及心绞痛发作情况。结果#8195;实验组治疗总有效率89.74%明显高于对照组71.79%, 6 min步行实验结果优于对照组, 心绞痛发作持续时间及硝酸甘油使用量少于对照组, P0.05, 差异有统计学意义。结论#8195;对UAP患者实施体外反搏治疗, 能够有效改善其临床症状, 减少心绞痛发作次数、降低其持续时间, 并减少硝酸甘油使用, 具有理想的临床疗效, 可以作为无创治疗方法而在临床上推广。 　　【关键词】#8195;冠心病；不稳定型心绞痛；体外反搏；临床疗效 　　 　　Curative effect analysis of enhanced external counterpulsation in the treatment of coronary heart disease and unstable angina#8195;YE Yuan.
