PAGE 摘 要 本设计包括三个部分：一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为东坪煤矿1.2Mt/a新井设计。东坪煤矿位于山西省阳泉市管辖的盂县境内，交通便利。井田走向（南北）长约5.1km，倾向（东西）长约3.3km，总面积为14.3km2。主采煤层为15号煤，煤层倾角为2~14，平均厚度为6.45m。井田地质条件较为简单。 井田工业储量为12612万t，可采储量为8972万t。矿井设计生产能力为1.2Mt/a。矿井服务年限为53.40a，涌水量不大，矿井正常涌水量为90m3/d，最大涌水量为150m3/d。矿井瓦斯相对涌出量为1.30 m3/t，绝对涌出量为1.85m3/min，为低瓦斯矿井。 井田开拓方式为斜井单水平上下山开拓。采用胶带输送机运煤，采用矿车进行辅助运输。矿井通风方式为中中央分列式。矿井年工作日为330d，工作制度为“三八”制。 一般部分共包括10章：1、矿区概述与地质特征；2、井田境界和储量；3、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限；4、井田开拓；5、准备方式——带区巷道布置；6、采煤方法；7、井下运输；8、矿井提升；9、矿井通风与安全；10、设计矿井基本技术经济指标。 专题部分题目是浅埋煤层保水开采综述，主要论述了神东矿区浅埋煤层保水开采理论研究和工程实践的现状，对浅埋煤层保水开采做了全面的陈述。 翻译部分主要内容是关于长壁采煤法回采巷道三向交叉点方面的研究，英文题目为： Finite element analysis of three-way roadway junctions in longwall mining。 关键词：斜井； 单水平； 带区； 中央分列式通风 ABSTRACT This design includes three parts: the general part, the special subject part and the translation part. The general part is a new design for Dongping mine. Dongping mine is located in Yangquan in Shanxi province. It is very convenient to get to the mine in terms of both highway and railway. The length of the coalfield is 5.1km,the width is about 3.3km，and the total area is 14.3km2.The fifteenth is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 2~14 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 6.45m. The geologic structure of this coalfield is simple. The recoverable reserves of the coalfield are 126.12 million tons,and the minable reserves are 89.72 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 1.2 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 54.3 years. The normal flow of the mine is 90m3 per day and the max flow of the mine is 400 m3 per day. The relative mine gas gush is 1.30 m3/t and the absolute gush is 1.85 m3/min, so it is a low gas mine. The mine is a single level in two inclined shafts to develop. Te central laneway uses Belt Conveyor to transit coal, and trolley wagons are used for accessorial transportation in the roadway.The ventilation mode of this mine is center unattached form. The “three-eight” working system is used in the Do
