以生为本理念在中学德育工作中的应用探析 　　【摘要】中学德育理念是德育改革和创新的根本指导思想,创新德育理念是深化德育改革的起点和关键,更是德育改革的最终成效的评判依据。以人为本理念是中学德育理念改革与创新的新发展。中学德育的主体是学校的管理者、教师和学生,而管理者和教师又主要是为学生服务的,所以中学德育的“以人为本”归根到底是“以学生为本”。本文将探讨以生为本理念在我国中学德育工作中的应用问题,结合当今的实际找到二者的切合点,希望能更好地促进我国中学德育工作的发展,进而更好地促进和加强中学生思想政治教育。 　　【关键词】以生为本理念;中学德育;应用 　　Student-based Idea in the middle school moral education work application analyzes 　　Wang Xuehui 　　【Abstract】Secondary School Moral Education is a fundamental moral reform and guiding innovation, innovation moral philosophy is the starting point for deepening the reform of moral education and the key to reform is the ultimate moral basis for the effectiveness of the evaluation. This article will explore the concept of health-oriented moral education in our secondary schools in the application, combined with todays reality to find the line between the two points, hoping to better promote the development of our high school moral education, which serves to promote and strengthen secondary school students ideological and political education. 　　【Key words】Student-based Idea;Middle School Moral Education;Application 　　中学生是祖国的希望和民族的未来。党和国家历来都很重视加强和改进中学生的思想政治教育,并作为确保中国特色社会主义事业后继有人、党和国家长治久安的战略工程。我们中学德育工作的开展,对促进和加强中学生思想政治教育方面起到了极其关键而不可忽视的作用。以生为本理念的提出,更是对中学德育工作找到了明确的指导思想,有利于中学德育工作的更好地开展。 　　1.以生为本理念的提出 　　德育的对象是人,如何认定和把握人的本性,是做好德育工作的理论前提。在我国社会转型时期,要提高德育工作的针对性和实效性,必须重新审视德育教育的人本功能,正确评价德育教育对青年学生成长与发展的人本价值,充分发挥德育教育在提高学生素质、推动人的全面发展中的“灵魂”作用,坚持以人为本、以学生为主体的现代教育理念,不断地加强和改进中学的德育工作。 　　市场经济的进一步发展对高扬人的主体性的诉求,使“以人为本”理念在社会发展的各个层面得到越来越多人的重视。“以人为本”理念,归根到底就是以人为基础,以人为前提,以人为动力,以人为目的,即一切以人为中心,一切为了人,展示着人格主体的自我意识和独立人格的自觉理念中学德育的主体是学校的管理者、教师和学生,而管理者和教师又主要是为学生服务的,所以中学德育的“以人为本”归根到底是“以学生为本”
