北华航天工业学院毕业论文 4 - 电话机手柄塑料模具设计 摘要：在本次毕业设计中，电话机手柄作为直接与人体接触的塑件，必须在保证其使用功能的前提下，还要考虑其表面质量及与人体的契合度。所以在电话机手柄的注射模具设计时，其分型面的设计和怎么样选择合适的浇口成为此次设计的难点亦是重点。本文通过对电话机手柄的详细计算、设计，设计出了一套完整的模具。 首先，先对零件进行工艺分析和计算，其中包含工艺分析与设计方案的确定。 其次，进行模具设计和计算，其中主要是模具主要零部件的设计与计算以及模具的装配。在设计时使用到AutoCAD，Pro/E等设计软件对于提高设计的速度和质量也很有帮助.这也是当今模具行业发展的方向. 对于本次毕业设计，应该要达到以下目的： 综合运用本专业所学的理论与生产实际知识，进行一次注射模设计的实际训练，从而提高我们的独立工作能力。 关键词 塑料 注射模具 浇口 分型面 Design of telephone handle plastic mould Abstract:In the design of graduation, Handle telephone as a direct human contact with the plastic parts must be used to ensure that their functions under the premise of the surface should also consider the quality and fit with the human body.
