宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床研究 　　【摘要】目的：探究宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效，为临床研究提供参考依据。方法：选择2012年5月至2013年6月期间收治的82例尖锐湿疣患者，均为女性。随机分为实验组和对照组，分别为42例和40例。对照组患者只采用宫颈环形电切术治疗，实验组患者给予宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊诊治。观察两组患者疣体清除情况，比较两组患者伤口结痂、愈合、HPV清除时间，分析两组患者的临床疗效、复发率以及不良反应。结果：治疗前，两组患者的疣体数目相差无几，经过治疗，实验组患者在第1周、第2周的疣体清除率显著高于对照组患者，具有明显差异性（P005）。结论：宫颈环形电切术联合干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗尖锐湿疣患者，能够显著提高疣体清除率，显著缩短伤口结痂、愈合、HPV清除的时间，提高临床疗效，降低复发率，且具有一定的安全性，值得在临床上广泛推广。 　　【关键词】尖锐湿疣；宫颈环形电切术；干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊；疣体清除率；人乳头病病毒；临床疗效 　　Clinical research of LEEP knife in combination with interferon α2b vaginal effervescent capsules in the treatment of female genital wartsSUN Yan， QIAN Fangbo.
