The thesis mainly includes: the improving method of the rubbish bin, the selecting material of the product, the technical analysis of the product, the option and check of the injector machine, the design of hot runner system, the design of the ejection mechanism, the design of the moulding parts and makeup parts ,as well as some key problem in injection mould design. Such as: the calculations of the related sizes, exhausting system and temperature control system, the choices of the mould materials. And the emphases of this design is the design of the hot runner system. Besides, this thesis includes a literature summary .
