PAGE PAGE 33 基于VB.6与单片机通信的数据采集纪录仪的设计 摘要 数据采集是将温度、流量、压力、位移等模拟量采集并转换成数字量，再由计算机对其进行存储、处理、显示或打印等操作的过程。相应的数据采集系统广泛应用在工业现场和科研场合，是记录、监测及调控被采集对象的有力工具。 本课题研究的是基于VB.6与单片机通信的数据采集系统，以单片机为核心控制器，外接8位A/D转换器，在前向通道的电路中添加测量放大器、有源低通滤波器和采样/保持器，采集的信号经MAX232电平转换后通过RS-232串口送至计算机处理；在上位计算机中，用VB.6编写波形显示界面记录和保存接收到的数据。 本文主要是以数据采集系统的基本组成原理为依据，探究了该系统所涉及的关键技术，然后从硬件设计着手，阐述了本系统的硬件构成、工作原理和PCB板的设计；接着描述软件设计思想以及仿真调试的结果；最后，针对硬件的调试情况，分析出现的问题并提出可能解决的方案。 关键词：数据采集；A/D转换；单片机；串行通信；VB.6 Design of Data Acquisition System Base on Communication of Visual Basic6.0 and Single Chip Processor Abstract Data acquisition was a process which collects analog variable of temperature, flow, pressure or displacement, then implements the analog-to-digital conversion, and saves, process, displays or print the result using the computer. Data acquisition system was a forceful instrument which records, monitors and control the object that is collected. Nowadays this kind of system has extensive application in industrial and research fields. This subject researched a data acquisition system base on communication of Visual Basic6.0 and single chip processor. The single chip processor was the core of this system; it connected with Instrument Amplifier, Low Pass Filter, S/H Devices and A/D Converter. After the Max232 device converts TTL/CMOS input levels into EIA-232 levels, use the interface of RS-232 to communicate with Computer. Finally design the computer software with VB6.0 to receive digital signal and show the waveform. This article based on the elements of Data acquisition system, researched main theory and technology of it, then introduced the hardware constitution, principle design and PCB of my system. What’s more, it described the idea of software design and the result of simulation of this system. At last it analyzed the problems and proposed some solutions according to the situation of debugging process.
