克罗氯米芬与来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢不孕症患者对比研究 　　摘 要 目的：探讨克罗氯米芬与来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢不孕症患者的疗效。方法：选取我院多囊卵巢不孕症患者78例，随机将其分为两组，克罗氯米芬组（37例）采用克罗氯米芬片治疗，来曲唑组（41例）采用来曲唑治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：来曲唑组促排卵成功率和妊娠率均明显高于克罗氯米芬组（Plt;0.05），治疗后，来曲唑组患者优势卵泡数量和成熟卵泡数量均明显多于克罗氯米芬组（Plt;0.05）。人绒毛膜促性腺激素注射日，来曲唑组宫颈黏液评分值和子宫内膜厚度均明显高于克罗氯米芬组，血清E2值明显低于克罗氯米芬组（Plt;0.05）。随访6个月发现，克罗氯米芬组出现黄素化未破裂卵泡综合征8例，来曲唑组出现1例，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。两组经促排卵治疗后均接受黄体支持治疗，全部患者无流产现象发生。结论：来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢不孕症患者疗效更显著，提高排卵率和妊娠率。 　　关键词 克罗氯米芬 来曲唑 多囊卵巢不孕症 　　中图分类号：R711.6; R979.23 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）05-0024-03 　　Comparative study on the effect of crow clomiphene and letrozole 　　in the treatment of polycystic ovarian infertility 　　LIU Qiong 　　（Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Third People’s Hospital of Jingdezhen， Jingdezhen 333000， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To compare the effect of crow clomiphene and letrozole in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovarian infertility. Methods： Seventy-eight cases of patients with polycystic ovarian infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into a crow clomiphene group （37 cases） and a letrozole group （41 cases）， which were treated with crow clomiphene citrate tablets or letrozole， respectively and their efficacy was compared.
