青岛理工大学学士学位论文 PAGE PAGE 53 摘要 随着现代社会经济的快速发展，实木家具已经成为家庭生活和工作场所不可缺少的，近年来一直保持着15%的年销售增长率，特别是家具生活品质的不断提高，高端实木家具需求越来越多，，国内实木家具市场表现出很大的潜力，本设计是为一家拟建的实木家具生产企业设计一套年120万套的实木家具生产系统，主要设计内容如下： 第一部分是工艺设计。通过对实木家具产品的结构分解，区分各种实木木材的生产工艺，设计出相应的工艺流程。 第二部是工序划分和工位布置，在工艺设计的基础上，将实木家具生产工艺流程细分47道工序，并对相应工位的作业空间、双手操作等进行设计。 第三部分是节拍计算和工序平衡分析。根据预计的年产量和可用工作时间推算出生产节拍，与各工序的作业时间相比较，运用ECRS原理对作业时间超过节拍的工序进行平衡，确保各工位的劳动负荷保持相对一致。 第四部分是对车间内部生产线的设施布置和整个厂区的布局进行规划，采用SLP系统规划布置法，计算作业单位间的综合相关系数，获得其位置相关图，据此进行规划设计； 第五部分是对设计方案的财务评价。通过对设计方案的投入/产出分析，计算投资利润率从和静态投资回收期，论证设计方案的可行性 关键词：系统设计；工艺选择；工序平衡；设施规划 Abstract With the improvement of living standards, solid wood furniture have become an indispensable household electronic products, and maintained a 15% of annual sales growth rate. The stimulate policy of appliances to the countryside and appliance subsidy made by the government last year pull the solid wood furniture sales booming. The domestic solid wood furniture showed great potential market. This project design a solid wood furniture production system with the capacity of 1.2 million unit per year for a proposed solid wood furniture production company. The main contents are as follows: The first part is the process design. Depending on the decomposition of the solid wood furniture product, distinct self-made parts and purchased parts. And divide self-made parts into three major production processes, which are cabinet, doors and assembly, moreover design the corresponding process. The second part is process dividing and working layout planting. On the base of process designing, divide the solid wood furniture production process into 83 parts, and design the corresponding working space and double-hand-operating. The third part is beat calculating and process balancing. According to the expected annual production and available working time, figure out the production beat. Then make balance among these stations which exceed production beat using the ECRS principle. Ensure that the stations work load remained
