西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 0B集合住宅名家名作品析 1B——低层、多层住宅篇 专 业：建筑设计及其理论 硕 士 生：李明亮 指导教师：顾宝和 教授级高级建筑师 摘要 中国城市化的快速发展导致城市中人口大量集聚，城市土地有限，本来的住房也有限，这就更导致了城市中住房压力巨大。政府为了解决城市住房的问题，在城市中大量建设，城市中的集合住宅如雨后春笋般地一栋栋拔地而起。经济的发展，城市人口的集中，集合住宅的大量需求，这就带来了城市集合住宅设计与建设的大发展。在这个过程中，集合住宅的设计为了满足城市中大量性的需求，更多的是标准化和工业化的生产，住宅设计质量往往较低。最终导致城市中集合住宅住区千篇一律，缺乏个性。对于生活在21世纪的我们来说，社区邻里和谐温暖，住宅环境亲近自然，拥有清新的空气、美好的阳光、尺度宜人的街道、亲切的交往空间、安静私密的个人居住环境，这些不都是我们所想要和追求的吗？本文通过对国内外集合住宅名家及名作的品析，旨在能够从这些名作中发掘一些解决城市集合住宅问题和满足城市居民居住需求的理念和方法，以及认识和理解名家们和名作中的一些优秀的城市及集合住宅的设计理念，提高我们的住宅设计水平。从城市设计、建筑空间、人的行为心理及技术层面等对各个作品进行深入剖析与品鉴，得出：集合住宅设计要从城市角度出发，从城市居民的心理与需求出发，从可持续的角度出发，以设计出适合城市良性发展、宜于人们居住而又节能环保的高品质居住场所。 论文试图通过对名家和名作的两个侧面对作品在理念和方法两个层面展开分析和品鉴，以期对住宅设计品质的提高有所启迪。 论文《集合住宅名家名作品析》包括“低层、多层住宅篇”和“高层住宅篇”两大部分，本文为低层、多层住宅部分。 关键词：低层住宅；多层住宅：集合住宅；名家名作； 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 2BAnalysis and Appreciation on Congregate Housing of Masterpiece 3B—Low-rise and Mid-rise Residential Specialty: Architectural Design and Theory Name: Li Mingliang Instructor: Prof. Gu Baohe ABSTRACT The rapid development of Chinese urbanization leads to city population of agglomeration, urban land limited, and original housing has been limited, so this leads to more pressure of city housing. In order to solve the urban housing problem for the government, a lot of construction is happening in the city, communal dwelling house have mushroomed wondrously. Economic development, urban population concentration, and wilderness demand of the residence, bring us to develop design and construction of city largely. In this process, in order to meet the wilderness demand of congregate housing in the city, more of the time it is standard and industrial production, always bad design.
