自动扶梯结构和其零部件设计.doc

PAGE II 摘 要 自动扶梯是特种结构型式的链式输送机，是一种带有循环运行梯级，在建筑物的不同层高度间或者地下铁道地面与地下展厅间运送客人上下的一种连续升降机械，近年来在我国得到大量的生产和使用。其特点是能连续运送乘客，与电梯相比具有更大的输送能力，它被大量用于大型百货商场，火车站，机场和各种公交场所等人流集中的地方。一个完整的扶梯系统包括金属结构，驱动机，传动机构，链条机构，滚轮，梯级，扶手，安全保护装置等。 本设计通过对自动扶梯认识，考虑了各方面的因素，对自动扶梯的总体结构做了选择。完成了对自动扶梯梯级，基本结构，挠度校核，梯级结构等计算，最后设计了自动扶梯的防护系统。 关键词：自动扶梯；金属桁架结构；扶手装置；梯级装置；防护装置 5 m small hoisting height escalator overall and parts design Abstract Escalator is the special structure of chain conveyor, is running with a cycle of cascade, or between the height of the different layers of the building underground railway transport between ground and underground exhibition hall guest up and down a continuous lifting machinery, in recent years in our country have a lot of the production and use. Completed the escalator stave, basic structure, the deflection checking, cascade structure calculation, the design of the escalator protection system.
