广西大学土木建筑工程学院本科毕业设计（论文） PAGE 6 广西大学土木建筑工程学院本科毕业设计（论文） 毕业设计（论文） 题目： 某学校六层教学楼 结构与施工设计（一） 学 院 土木建筑工程学院 专 业 土木工程（建筑工程方向） 班 级 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 日 期 某学校六层教学楼结构与施工设计（一） 中文摘要 本次设计的任务是对南宁市某教学楼进行结构与施工组织的设计，根据设计任务书以及相关资料，确定结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，层数为6层，建筑高度22.7m，总建筑面积约12566.6 m。 本说明书是本次毕业设计的结构部分和施工部分，结构部分是历时最长、最重要的一部分，结构设计的阶段大体可以分为四个阶段： 1 结构方案确定阶段：根据建筑的重要性，建筑所在地的抗震设防烈度，建筑场地类别和设计说明书等确定建筑的高度、布置、选型和建筑的结构形式，本工程采用的是框架结构。 2 结构计算阶段：主要有重力荷载计算、抗震侧移计算、内力组合计算、构件截面计算和基础计算。 3 施工图设计阶段：根据上述计算结果和规范的相关要求，最终确定构件尺寸、构件配筋和结构构件的构造措施及其做法。 4 PKPM电算阶段：进行电子计算，与手算结果进行比较。 施工组织设计，在这部分设计中，首先进行的是施工方案的确定和施工段的划分，根据本工程的特点和划分施工段的原则，以保证相应的工作队在施工段与施工层间有节奏、连续、均衡的进行流水施工。其次是对该工程进行列项，然后机算其全部的工程量，在这一设计阶段，也要用到计算机辅助设计软件，确定了工程量之后就可以将其输入计算机进行计价，接下来就是施工进度计划的编排、施工平面图的布置以及主要的技术性措施。 本设计的特点之一，运用了大学四年所学过的很多理论，计算中多种计算方法得到体现，如D值法，弯矩分配法，分层法等，使自己掌握了多方面的知识。 关键词：框架结构，抗震计算，内力组合,工程量,进度计划,进度计划。 Abstracts The task is to design a teaching building of Nanning City，the structural design and construction organization, determined that the engineering adopts to cast-in-situ concrete frame structure, the number of layer is six, the height of construction is 22.7m, mtotal building area is about12566.6㎡. The statement is the structur of this graduation design and Construction design, with is the most time-consuming and important part. The stage of the structural design can be divided into four stages . 1. Structural betermination of project: According to the importance of the building, providing fortification against earthquakes in the earthquake intensity, Building venues such as the type and design of brochures, determined the height of the construction, layout, selection and construction of the structure, the project is based on the framework structure; 2. Structure calculate: Mainly including gravity load, side face just the sway, the combination of internal forces, the component sections design and foundation design ; 3. Construction drawings design phase: According to the above results
