A型肉毒素局部注射治疗单纯性面肌痉挛的疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解A型肉毒素局部注射治疗单纯性面肌痉挛的临床效果。方法 以随机法将随机选取该院2011年1月―2016年12月收治的200例单纯性面肌痉挛患者分为2组：100例采用常规方法治疗者为对照组，100例A型肉毒素局部注射治疗者为治疗组，对照2组临床疗效。结果 治疗组缓解率为96.00%，较对照组的73.00%更高差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.793，P0.05）；不良反应发生率为3.00%，比对照组的21.00%低差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.224，P0.05）；治疗后治疗组焦虑状态评分（21.55±3.16）分，低于对照组差异有统计学意义（t=4.982，P0.05）。结论 对单纯性面肌痉挛患者选A型肉毒素局部注射治疗，疗效确切，可推广。 　　[关键词] A型肉毒素；单纯性面肌痉挛；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R745 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）03（b）-0042-03 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Local Injection of Botulinum Toxin Type A in Treatment of Simple Mimetic Convulsion 　　CHEN Cheng-fang， SHI Jun-feng， ZONG Hui-hua 　　Department of Neruology， Yixing People’s Hospital， Yixing， Jiangsu Province， 214200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To know the clinical effect of local injection of botulinum toxin type A in treatment of simple mimetic convulsion. Methods 200 cases of patients with simple mimetic convulsion admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2016 were random selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each， the control group used the routine method， while the treatment group were treated with botulinum toxin type A， and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The remission rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group（96.00% vs 73.00%）the difference was statiscally significant （χ2=4.793，P0.05）； and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（3.00% vs 21.00%）the difference was statiscally significant（χ2=5.224，P0.05）points； and the anxiety state score after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group， which was（21.55±3.16）points in the treatment groupthe difference was statiscally significant（t=4.982，P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of local injection of botulinum toxin type A in treatment of simple mimetic convulsion is definite， which can be promoted. 　　[Key words] Botulinum t
