It is the responsibility of each of us to continue to establish and maintain our reputation every day by conducting our worldwide operations with honesty, integrity, accountability and respect. In other words, the Code applies to all of us who represent the Company to our customers, vendors, investors and the public. It contains many clear-cut rules, such as our insistence on complying with all laws, rules and regulations relating to our businesses. It also provides guidance and examples when, although our policies are clear, there are circumstances which create difficult decisions. Because the Code cannot address every situation and our business environment continues to evolve, we have also provided ways for you to seek advice and guidance through an appropriate officer, Company lawyers or the Company’s Compliance Officer.
