[争议焦点] 船舶在试航过程中造成的损失，能够享受海事赔偿责任限制制度？ [Case Summary] The system of limitation for maritime claims liability is a legal system whereby a ship owner, salvor or other persons, at the occurrence of a large-scale maritime accident, make application in accordance with law, against the compensation demand of persons requesting maritime compensation, for a limitation of compensation at a specific amount. It is a special compensation system within the Maritime Law. Article 207 of the Maritime Law of the Peoples Republic of China expressly provides that the person liable may limit the type of compensation liability for the following: Claims with respect to loss of life or personal injury or loss of property occurring on board or in direct connection with the operation of the ship or with salvage operations, as well as consequential damages resulting therefrom; and claims with respect to other loss resulting from the infringement of rights other than contractu
