浅谈低温地板辐射供暖施工要点及存在问题 重庆大学 段凯 康侍民 李保群 摘要 低温地板辐射采暖作为一种新兴的建筑采暖方式，虽然在我国起步相对较晚，但由于其舒适 性、节能、噪声低、系统热稳定性好和有利于装饰等显著优点，正在住宅和其他公共建筑中得到越来越 广泛的应用和认可。本文从地板辐射采暖施工方案的确定、施工工艺，施工注意事项三方面详细介绍了 地板辐射采暖的施工要点。剖析了设计施工中存在的若干问题,如供热热负荷的确定问题、地面和墙体 的开裂问题、管道堵塞等问题产生的原因，并提出了应对措施和解决方案。 关键词 地板辐射采暖 施工要点 原因 措施 The construction and problems about the low temperature floor panel heating Chongqing University Duan Kai Kang Shimin Li Baoqun Abstract Although the low temperature floor panel heating, a s a new method for building heating, started relatively late in China, it is gradually applied in the residential and public building and widely accepted because of its obvious advantages such as comfortableness, energy saving, less noise, thermal stability, conducive to decoration and so on. This paper introduces the key points in constructing the floor panel heating system in three aspects which are framing the construction scheme, construction technology and the precautions. Several problems in design and construction as well as their reasons are analyzed such as the calculating the heating load, dehiscing of the building envelop and the block of the pipelines, and the solutions and the responding measures for the problems are put forward. Key words floor panel heating key points in construction reason solution 一． 低温地板辐射采暖施工要点 1.1 施工方案的确定 通常施工方法有以下两种，第一种做法是由下而上依次为结构层－绝热层－加热盘管－豆石混凝土 －面层；第二种做法是由下而上依次为结构层－绝热层－钢筋网片－加热盘管－豆石混凝土－面层。不 论采用哪种方法，只要严格按照工艺标准进行施工都能达到很好的效果。在卫生间地暖时要注意，卫生 间过门处应设置止水墙，在止水墙内侧应配合土建专业做防水。加热管或发热电缆穿止水墙处应采取防 [1] 水措施 。 1.2施工工艺 [2] 工艺流程 ： 清理地面 → 铺设水泥砂浆找平层 → 铺设绝热板 →铺设加热盘管 → 试压，冲洗 → 隐蔽验收 → 回填豆石混凝土填充层 → （人工夯实） → 豆石混凝土填充层养护 → 接通分水（回水）器 → 通水试验，初次启动 1）清理地面 铺设绝热层的地面应平整、干燥，无杂物。墙面
