中南大学 硕士学位论文 论我国休闲产业的发展及其文化建设 姓名：毛冬宝 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：思想政治教育 指导教师：曾长秋摘 摘 要 摘要：休闲是人们生活的重要组成部分，休闲产业是以满足人们休闲 需要为目标而形成的产业群。它是人民物资生活层面基本需求满足后的一种 新的需求，是社会发展的必然要求。随着科技的发展，人们的工作和生活方 式将发生进一步的变化。未来的10’15年，发达国家将进入“休闲时代”， 发展中国家将紧随其后，休闲产业将成为21世纪的主导产业。 西方国家多年的实践证明，休闲作为一个产业已经产生了巨大的经济效 益。休闲与休闲产业的研究与实践在国外也取得了长足发展。调查数据显示， 我国休闲产业的发展先天不足，休闲理论研究近乎一片空白。如果不引起重 视，入世后，我国将首先丢掉这块“大蛋糕”。 文章将休闲产业划分为休闲主体产业和休闲载体产业，通过对国内外休 闲产业的发展现状比较，提出了“以理论研究为支撑，以政府调控为导向， 以现代管理为手段，以文化竞争为策略，以建立国际发展模式为目标”的发 展思路，并探讨了利用休闲文化作为社会主义精神文明建设的载体，从加强 休闲教育、营造休闲文化氛围、弘扬传统文化和借鉴西方文明成果等方面来 构建有中国特色的社会主义休闲文化，推进我国的社会主义精神文明建设。 关键词：休闲休闲产业休闲文化精神文明 study study oⅡdeVeIopment 0f leisure industI了and its culture construction Abstract：Leisure is important parts of human 1ife．The emergence of leisure industry not only mee止s with people’ s needs on culture， intellectual 1iving and psychology which comes after the basic needs on material of human 1iving have satisfied， but also is the need of social development．As the development of science and techn0109y，the way of humans’ working and 1iving will change further．10 or 15 years later， the developed countries will in the age of leisure， and the developing countries will after them． Leisure will be the dominant industrv in the 21”centurv． The exDerience on 1eisure of the West Countrv has testified that leisure industry hasⅢade large economic profits．The study on leisure and 1e i sure industry also have made good success in west country．But the data of investigation on china 1eisure industry indicate that in china leisure industry 1ack of good basis of development， study on lei sure and leisure industry as well． If we don’ t take attention to it，we will lost the market of leisure industry after china join WTO． In the article， I divided lei sure industry into two parts．one is the principal leisure industry，the other is the 1eisure industry related with the principal 1eisure industry．
