本科毕业设计说明书 （ 题 题 目：200KW发电机组散热器设计 专 业：热能与动力工程 摘要 该设计主要给移动式发电机组提供一种新型散热器——管芯式散热器。这种结构的散热器互换性好，可以以单根散热管芯为单元进行更换，因而避免了因部分散热面损坏而需要更换新散热器，从而节约了成本，也提高了工作可靠性。 设计中为了好的传热性和工艺性选铜C15710为散热管芯材料，铝合金3004为壳体材料，采用了闭式强制冷却循环系统，增强了运行可靠性；该产品能避免零件因过热引起的膨胀、变形、开裂，保证润滑油温不至过高，为发电机组正常工作提供良好的条件；设计中在保证散热量的前提下，尽量使其结构布置紧凑，使用方便；运用MATLAB软件进行了结构优化，在保证散热量的条件下减小了散热器体积，节约了原料；最终使设计的散热器达到了散热性能好，体积小，互换性程度高，寿命长和运行可靠性高的目标。 本设计为今后管芯式散热器设计提供了实例，对管芯式散热器进行了推广和技术储备。 关键词：移动式发电机组；管芯式散热器；优化设计。 Abstract The topic provides a new tube-core radiator for the transportable generator. The?radiator?with this structure?has good interchangeability, and it can?be replaced?as a unit with a single?heat?.So, it avoids replacing a new heat sink due to part cooling surface’s damage, which not only saves the cost, but also improves the work?reliability. The design uses?copper?for the?heat?material and aluminum alloy?for the?shell material because of their good thermal conductivity and process. And it adoptees closed forced cooling circulatory system to enhance the operation reliability. The product can?prevent?the expansion, deformation and cracking of parts caused?by?overheating, ensure that the?oil?temperature?is not?too high, and provide good working?conditions for the?generator. According to the empirical formula?in?the premise of?ensuring heat dissipation; the article tries to make its structural layout compact and easy to use. Besides, it uses MATLAB software to optimize the structure. Thus, it reduces the radiator’s volume, and saves the raw materials in?the premise of?ensuring heat dissipation. The design finally achieves high goals that the radiator is good in the performance of heat dissipation, small size, high degree of interchangeability, long life and high operation reliability. This design provides examples for tube core type radiator’s design in future and makes promotion and technical reserves for the core type radiator.
