前置胎盘剖宫产手术护理体会 　　【摘要】目的：探讨前置胎盘剖宫产手术的护理体会；方法：选取2016年1月-2017年5月我院收治的前置胎盘患者150例，均采用剖宫产手术，观察患者采用此方法分娩出的胎儿情况；结果：150例患者的手术均顺利完成，无一例母婴死亡，经过精心护理均痊愈出院；结论：针对前置胎盘孕产妇的护理，护理人员必须做到认真负责，密切观察孕产妇的身体情况，及时安抚孕产妇的不良情绪，在手术过程中，冷静处理一切意外情况，降低孕产妇的痛苦和并发症的发生，以挽救产妇和胎儿的生命为首要目标。 　　【关键词】前置胎盘；剖宫产手术；护理体会 　　[Abstract] Objective：To explore the nursing experience of preplacental caesarean section operation； Methods：150 cases of preplacental placental patients admitted by our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected， all of which were performed by cesarean section， and the fetal condition was observed with this meth
