南京市不同性取向男男性行为分析 　　【摘要】目的 了解南京市不同性取向MSM人群行男男性行为相关情况，为MSM人群艾滋病综合防治提供理论依据。方法 在2008年5月-7月依托江苏省疾病预防控制中心健康咨询中心门诊，以同伴推动抽样法招募调查对象，采用匿名面对面询问方式进行问卷调查，对其中同性恋和双性恋的人口学特征、性行为情况进行比较。结果 本研究共调查430名MSM，其中21人自认性取向不明确或为异性恋者，未纳入本次研究。纳入本研究的MSM中，有59.2%人自我认同为同性恋， 40.8%自我认同为双性恋。同性恋和双性恋中，20岁到29岁年龄组分别占63.2%和51.1%（Plt;0.05）。双性恋者第一个性伴为女性的比例（49.7%）高于同性恋者（19.8%），差别有意义（Plt;0.01）;最近6个月，双性恋与女性发生性行为的比例（37.1%）高于同性恋（12.8%），差别有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）;同性恋及双性恋发生无保护性刚交的的比例分别为63.8%和76.2%，差别有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 双性恋文化程度总体偏低，有较多的男性性伴数，性伴不稳定，有较高的无保护性男男性行为和商业男男性行为，且其已婚率较高，提醒我们双性恋者在HIV从高危人群向一般人群传播中起桥梁作用，应加强对双性恋MSM 人群的监测和综合干预。 　　【关键词】男男性接触者;同伴推动抽样法;性取向;性行为 　　【Abstract】 Objective To know the different behaviors among different sexual orientations MSM， and to provide the basic data for the future intervention. Method Respondent-driven-sampling was used to recruit MSM. Anonymous face-to-face interview was used to collect demographic and sexual behavior information. Results Of the total 430 persons， 21 MSM， who said that the sexual orientation of them was not clear or the self-identified sexual orientation is heterosexual， are excluded from this study. Of those who were included in this study， 59.2%MSM said that they are gay while 40.8% said that they are bisexual （Bi）. In our study， 63.2% gays are in the 20-29 age group， while 51.1% Bi in this age group （P lt;0.05）.19.8% gays said that their first sexual partner are female， while the Bi is 49.7% （Plt;0.01）; in the past 6 months， Bi had a higher proportion （37.1%） in have sex with female than gays did （12.8%）（Plt;0.01）. In the past six months， the proportion of UAI （unprotected anal sex ） of Bi （76.2% ） is higher than gay （63.8%）（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion， Bi had more sex partners in the past 6 months， also， they changed the sex partners frequently than the gay did. The Bi also had higher UAI rate， higher rate of commercial sex， and higher marriage rate， which remind us that the Bi are the bridge population in transmit the HIV from special people to common people.
