和平发展语境下中国体育公共外交地位与作用以2008年北京奥运会和2014年青年奥运会为例 　　摘要：从新闻传播学、国际关系学、政治学和体育学等多学科领域，探讨和平发展语境下中国体育公共外交的地位与作用。公共外交着重研究一国对他国公众的影响并使该国外交政策、价值观念或文化取向为他国公众所知晓并接受，进而影响他国政府和民众，减少本国外交政策在执行过程中的阻力，其主要途径是通过树立本国在他国公众中的良好形象来实现国家利益。良好的国家形象的建立显得十分必要，而大型体育赛事和活动是各国组织和人民相互交流的重要平台，是展示国家形象和建立交流沟通平台的大好时机，体育公共外交无疑成为国家公共外交的重要支撑。研究和平发展语境下中国体育公共外交的地位与作用，不仅可以丰富体育公共外交的价值理论，而且，对中国和平发展时代的今天怎样运筹和实施体育公共外交战略，确保中国体育公共外交战略发挥实现和平发展的战略目标具有重要启示。 　　关键词：和平发展；体育公共外交；奥运会；中国体育；青奥会；国家形象 　　Abstract： This study discussed the status and impact of China’s sports public diplomacy in the peaceful development environment， citing from various disciplinary areas such as journalism and communication， international relations， politics， and physical education. The study of public diplomacy emphasizes on the influences from one country to the people of another country. By implementing appropriate public diplomatic policy， the country tries to acknowledge them its diplomatic policy， values， and culture， so as to influencing them and reducing the difficulties in the process of implementing diplomatic policy. To build up a good image in the minds of people in another country， the country intends to realize its national interest. It is necessary to build up a good national image. International sports games is an important platform for people from all over the world to interact and communicate with each other， which is a good opportunity for countries to build up communication platform and show national image with the supports of sports public diplomacy.
