图谱法盆底肌康复训练对广泛全子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复及性生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：分析图谱法盆底肌康复训练对广泛全子宫切除术后膀胱功能恢复情况及性生活质量的影响。方法：选取2015年4月-2017年3月收治的92例广泛全子宫切除术患者，按随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组，每组46例。对照组采用常规盆底肌康复训练，观察组采用图谱法盆底肌康复训练。对比两组膀胱功能恢复情况及护理前后性生活质量。结果：观察组膀胱功能恢复优良率明显高于对照组（P0.05）；护理后，观察组性欲、性唤起、阴道润滑度、性高潮、性生活满意度、性交痛得分均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：图谱法盆底肌康复训练能有效地促进广泛全子宫切除术后患者膀胱功能的恢复，并改善性生活质量。 　　【关键词】 图谱法盆底肌康复训练； 广泛全子宫切除术； 膀胱功能； 性生活质量 　　Effect of Rehabilitation Training of Pelvic Floor Muscles by Map Method on Bladder Function Recovery and Sexual Life Quality after Extensive Hysterectomy/LI Zhen.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（03）：066-069 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effects of rehabilitation training of pelvic floor muscles by map method on bladder functional recovery and quality of life after radical hysterectomy.Method：A total of 92 patients undergoing extensive hysterectomy from April 2015 to March 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method，46 cases in each group.The control group used conventional pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training，the observation group used rehabilitation training of pelvic floor muscles by map method.The recovery of bladder function and the quality of sexual life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result：The excellent rate of recovery of bladder function in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）；after nursing，the scores of sexual desire，sexual arousal，vaginal lubrication，orgasm，sexual life satisfaction and algopareunia in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：The rehabilitation training of pelvic floor muscle by map method can effectively promote the recovery of bladder function and improve the quality of sexual life in the patients after extensive hysterectomy. 　　【Key words】 Rehabilitation training of pelvic floor muscles by map meth
